During these challenging times, Bubs Warehouse and its suppliers are working hard to deliver your parcels.
The recent heavy volume of online shopping orders across Australia, coupled with sorting center delays, significantly reduced flights, customs delays, the impact of social distancing and postal delays with Australia Post and other couriers have all contributed to major delays, particularly for our internationally supplied products.
Our team are doing everything possible to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible during the Coronavirus pandemic and with providing our customers with responsive support, however we unfortunately have no control over subsequent delays as a result of the several reasons above.
We understand these delays are frustrating and it's a frustration shared by all at Bubs Warehouse. Our people continue to work tirelessly under difficult circumstances, so we’re asking everyone to be kind and treat our dedicated customer service staff with the courtesy and respect they deserve. Aggressive and abusive behaviour towards our people will not be tolerated.

Bubs Warehouse is proudly 100% Australian owned and as a marketplace, supports many both large and boutique Australian brands. We see ourselves as fortunate to be able to continue to work through the current times, but also with being able to support and continue to create local jobs. Without our loyal customers, this would not be possible.
So how can you continue to support us throughout these difficult times, with as little inconvenience on yourself?
We understand that when shopping online you want your orders ASAP! But due to the current circumstances, there are post delays outside of our control. This means that despite our team processing and dispatching your orders in a timely manner, they may be subject to logistics delays that we can't control.
For clothing, we offer the choice of value based products right up to designer labels to cater for all customers, no matter their budget. To pass freight, storage, private labelling and mark-up savings onto customers, many of our clothes ship from overseas. If you're shopping from our internationally supplied labels, we recommend ordering several sizes up during this time to take into consideration both the growth of your child and the current Coronavirus delays.
However we do have a large range of Australian supplied labels in store for clothing. These are Aster & Oak, Anarkid, Bespoke Baby, Indigo & Lellow, My Little Wardrobe, Little Renegade Company, Knoggins, Little Toggs & Nixon's Closet.
If you want to narrow your shopping experience down to specifically one of these brands, you can do so by using the search bar on our website, for example type 'Aster Oak'. This will shortcut you straight towards those labels, so you don't have to browse through our entire range - many of which is internationally supplied.
Most other items on our website are all locally supplied, including our furniture, toys, maternity wear, manchester, linen and more!
